Recently, we became aware that one of our patients absolutely loves jazz piano. In addition to being a pianist himself, he’s passed that legacy on to at least one grandson, who is also a jazz pianist. When we decided to create a music player for this gentleman, we learned just how eclectic his tastes were. He appreciates everything from Herb Alpert, to Peter, Paul & Mary and even barbershop quartets! But above all…jazz piano.
Our volunteers had a wonderful time researching and finding just the right tracks for his playlist. With the holiday season in full swing, one track we found impossible to leave out was this classic instrumental of "Christmas Time is Here" from Vince Guaraldi's album, A Charlie Brown Christmas.
