National Volunteer Week 2024

April 21-27 is National Volunteer Week, which takes place every April during Global Volunteer Month. National Volunteer Week is a time to acknowledge the profound impact of volunteerism and the ability of volunteers to address significant societal issues, foster community strength, and transform the world as we know it.

Housecall Providers Volunteers

Our volunteers at Housecall Providers assist our team in meeting the needs of our patients and their families, either by providing in-person socialization, emotional support, caregiver respite, and assistance with household tasks, or by helping us administratively in our office. It is difficult to describe just how essential their role is in the care we provide to the homebound and seriously ill members of our community. To our past and present volunteers, we salute you. Thank you for your selflessness, kindness, and compassion.

"That our volunteers continue to make our mission part of their own personal mission is something I never take for granted." – Todd Lawrence, Volunteer Program Administrator
