Craig Tanner, MD, began his service at Housecall Providers Hospice in 2022. Dr. Tanner has served patients across various settings and local healthcare systems, including inpatient, outpatient, and home care at Legacy, Kaiser, and Veteran Affairs. For nearly 20 years, he has been dedicated to teaching clinical medicine and communication skills to healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers. His expertise in communication spans from behavior change counseling to guiding discussions on serious illness and end-of-life care.
